Part 3:
FINDING BEAUTY & JOY THROUGH STRUGGLE

Coping With the Pandemic

Choir Rehearsal on Zoom

Knowing that everyone has been experiencing stress and anxiety of various levels during quarantine, this is me leading the UW Recital Choir in a meditative exercise.

Choir Rehearsal in a Garage

Bundling up due to cold weather, wearing our masks and standing far apart, we sing despite the distracting sounds of cars passing by, fire truck sirens wailing, and a squeaky escalator.

A Virtual Recital

Using presentation technologies Prezi and Zoom to showcase my recital program, Impulse & Stability.

Returning to In-Person Instruction

Adapting to COVID-19 safety guidelines such as physical distancing and singing with masks, I use my 5-week recital class rotation to produce my degree recital, Over Home.
